Nevada combined for three mid-week wins over visiting Sacramento State in softball and baseball to highlight strong recent performances for Wolf Pack athletics. The combined score after three games and 23 innings of play — 34 to 14.
Here’s an update on some of Nevada’s spring sports teams:
Softball
The Wolf Pack swept a Wednesday double-header over Sacramento State, winning 6-4 and 8-5.
The wins lifted Nevada to 11-26 overall heading into a weekend Mountain West series at home against San Jose State (Friday through Sunday at Hixson Field).
