The Nevada football team has has questions it must answer with its 2016 roster but neither come at kicker or punter.
Proof of the Wolf Pack's power at the specialist positions came Thursday when kicker Brent Zuzo was named to the Lou Groza Award watch list and punter Alex Boy was named to the Ray Guy Award watch list. Both have been All-Mountain West honorees in previous years.
Zuzo, a senior, is one of 30 players nationally and one of two from the Mountain West to be named to the Lou Groza Award watch list. He hit all 17 of his field-goal attempts inside 50 yards last season and ranks fifth in school history in kicker scoring, made field goals and made extra points.
