Marcus Marshall dominated both of Nevada's games last week, doing so in vastly different ways, and on Monday was named the Mountain West player of the week for the second time this season.
The Wolf Pack guard averaged 27 points per game as Nevada beat Boise State, 85-77, on Wednesday in a battle for first place before the team's 94-58 rout of UNLV on Saturday, the most lopsided win for Nevada in its rivalry game.
Against Boise State, Marshall lived at the free throw line. He scored 26 points on 4-of-13 shooting but was 15-of-16 from the free throw line.
