The Nevada Wolf Pack will hold a celebration of life for Marc Ma, a member of the school's football team who disappeared Friday while paddle boarding off Obexer’s Marina on the west shore of Lake Tahoe and was presumed drowned a day later.
The service will be held in Reno at Grace Church on Robb Drive on Thursday at 8 p.m. Members of the community are welcomed to attend.
Ma, 20, is originally from Honolulu and joined the Wolf Pack last season as a defensive end. He redshirted as a freshman in 2015 and was expected to make his debut this season.
