Pack raising ticket prices to pay full cost of attendance

The cost of Nevada football and basketball season tickets are going up, with two reasons driving the increase.

The Wolf Pack will begin paying the full cost of attendance this August, an $800,000 line item, and the $11.5 million Mackay Stadium renovation will be completed the same month, with debt payments on the facelift already being paid out. The increased ticket prices will help pay for those two big-ticket items.

Nevada athletic director Doug Knuth said the increased prices, specifically in basketball, which improved its win total by 15 games while winning the CBI in 2015-16, isn’t a result of the program’s new-found success.
