Pack notes: Hall has breakout game; Fenner hits 1,000

LAS VEGAS – News and notes from the Wolf Pack’s 81-72 win over Towson on Wednesday.

* After Nevada’s last game, coach Eric Musselman said plainly, “We have to get Josh to play better,” in reference to freshman Josh Hall. The wing player did just that in Wednesday's win over Towson, delivering the best game of his brief college career.

Playing before about 20 friends and family members, Hall tallied a career-high 15 points and added a personal-best four steals in 25 minutes. He was 4-of-8 from the field and 6-of-6 from the free throw line.
