Fiyin Olusola came to the University of Nevada in the fall of 2013 looking to get a degree in kinesiology.
The Sacramento-area resident liked the proximity of the college to her adopted hometown.
“It wasn't too close to home and wasn't too far away,” said Olusola, who was born in London.
Olusola figured a future in nursing might be her career path but she’d figure that out during her four years in college. What Olusola did not figure is that she would leave Reno with her name etched multiple times atop the Wolf Pack’s track and field record book.
