When a Wolf Pack player caught a pass last season, the odds were strong that one of three players would be on the receiving end: Jerico Richardson, Hasaan Henderson or Wyatt Demps.
Those three accounted for 147 of the team’s 186 receptions, a shade over 79 percent of the overall production.
This season, the Wolf Pack has spread out the love. Those three returning starters have accounted for just 50 percent of the team’s catches (23 of 46 receptions) as Nevada has diversified its passing attack.
Only seven Wolf Pack players had multiple catches last season but through just three games this season, nine have already had multiple catches.
