Nikhil Peters, a class of 2016 shooting guard, will take an unofficial visit to Nevada on Friday, according to a source.
Peters, a 6-foot-3, 175-pound player from De La Salle High in Concord, Calif., is rated as a two-star prospect whose only reported offer is from Montana. But Peters has had a strong summer entering his senior season and is coming off a 25-point game, including five 3-point makes, in the Prep2Prep California Classic on Sunday.
As a junior, Peters averaged 13.8 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game with 54 3-point makes in 32 games.
