When the Nevada Board of Regents convene Friday, it will have a handful of athletic topics on the agenda.
The Regents will discuss Marvin Menzies’ proposed five-year, $3.7 million contract to become UNLV’s next basketball coach; an amendment to Eric Musselman's contract with Nevada to allow up to a $20,000 bonus for the recent CBI run; a resolution to allow the NCAA to host championship events in the state of Nevada; and a proposal for new video boards at Mackay Stadium and Lawlor Events Center.
That last item, first reported by the Reno Gazette-Journal on April 5, would have the most impact for Wolf Pack fans.
