Nevada women snap losing streak with a big win

The Nevada women's basketball team got a big win in front of a big crowd Tuesday.

Playing in front of a season-high 4,036 fans in the seventh annual "When I Grow Up" game, the Wolf Pack snapped a four-game losing streak with a 75-52 win over Stanislaus State.

The Wolf Pack (2-6) set season-highs in a number of categories. Nevada grabbed 51 rebounds and connected on 43.1 percent of its shots from the field. The Wolf Pack also had 23 assists.

Nevada's Terae Briggs and Camariah King both had double-doubles. Briggs finished with a game-high 20 points, on 9-of-13 shooting, and grabbed 10 rebounds.
