Nevada track places seventh at MW Outdoor Championships

CLOVIS, Calif. – On the final day of the Mountain West Outdoor Track & Field Championship, Nevada totaled 42.5 points to finish in seventh place.

Colorado State led the field for a majority of the competition and claimed the team title with 165.5 points. The Rams bested second place San Diego State by 9.5 points.

Highlighting the day for the Wolf Pack were a few medalists.

First to earn medals was the 4x100m relay team of Makeya White, Kashae Knox, Alyssa Porter and Fiyin Olusola. These four combined to scorch the previous season-best mark and completed the race in 45.
