Since the Wolf Pack basketball team moved from the WAC to the Mountain West in 2012, it has beaten every team in the conference at least twice – well, every team except one: San Diego State.
Nevada hasn’t beaten SDSU even once since the move, posting a 0-7 record against the MW’s three-time defending regular-season champions. The Wolf Pack hopes to end that ignominy Wednesday when it hosts San Diego State at 8 p.m. at Lawlor Events Center in an ESPN2-televised game.
“I didn’t know that stat,” coach Eric Musselman said of Nevada being winless against SDSU.
