While most of their fellow students will be focused on final exams, one group of Nevada students will be trying to win a championship.
For the first time in program history, the Nevada women’s lacrosse team will be playing for a national title.
Now, it's just a matter of the team getting to Virginia.
The Nevada women's lacrosse team went 11-1 this season and won the Women’s Western Lacrosse Championship to earn a bid to the national tournament, May 9-11 in Virginia Beach, Va.
