Nevada’s planned trip to Texas just never got off the ground.
The Wolf Pack scrubbed a second basketball game over the weekend, canceling its Tuesday game at UT-Arlington due to COVID-19 issues within the program. Nevada also did not play Saturday at North Texas, as originally scheduled.
“Due to COVID protocols within the Nevada men’s basketball program, the Wolf Pack’s contest at UT Arlington this Tuesday, Dec. 7, is canceled,” the university said in a statement.
Nevada last played Nov. 30, a 79-66 win over Pepperdine at Lawlor Events Center that evened its record at 4-4.
