For some reason, the Associated Press keeps asking me to be one of the 60 voters in its weekly Top 25 football and basketball polls. Given how much of an honor that is, I always gladly oblige. But during my five years voting in the polls, I’ve never given a vote to the Wolf Pack in either sport. This might be the season that changes given the high expectations for this year's Nevada basketball team. However, the Wolf Pack does not start the season in my preseason Top 25, which is as follows (the AP will release the official preseason poll Monday morning).
