The Nevada football team opens its season Friday and fans should hope the Wolf Pack fares better than the Blue Red Lightning Thunder, the 6U boys soccer team I coached to an 18-1 loss in our season opener and a 20ish-0 loss in our second game last Saturday. I would like to say we are playing a rope-a-dope strategy to set up opponents for future matches, but I instead believe I am just a dope when it comes to coaching soccer.
