Fun fact about me: From the start of Nevada football fall camp in August to the end of the Wolf Pack basketball season in March, I usually add 20 pounds. Why? Because I work a lot (so I don’t have as much time to work out), travel a lot (and thus eat in many restaurants) and sleep minimally (which is key to burning fat).
And then when the basketball season ends, I start working out again – I began last week – and lose those 20 pounds before the cycle begins again in August. This is a bad cycle, so I hope this will be the last time I have to lose 20 pounds over the summer.
