* San Diego State: I’ve been out on a limb with San Diego State from the start of the season, ranking the Aztecs in my preseason poll and inching them forward each week. SDSU has repaid my faith the last two weeks, first beating a lower-level Pac-12 team, Arizona State, last week before beating a high-level Pac-12 school, Stanford, this week.
