A truism when I'm covering Nevada athletics: If I’m digging through my media guide during a game, it’s either a very good thing or a very bad thing for the Wolf Pack.
During Friday’s Nevada-Air Force game – a 45-42 Wolf Pack loss before 16,789 fans at Mackay Stadium that ended with the Falcons’ game-winning field goal as time expired – it was a bad. Historically bad.
Not only did Nevada allow 550 rushing yards, the program’s most since at least 2000 and most likely the most ever in school history.
