David Cornwell, the strong-armed, strapping quarterback who transferred from Alabama to Nevada in January, has been featured on the cover of the Wolf Pack’s media guide, on the team's schedule poster, on signage inside Mackay Stadium and on Facebook ads promoting the team heading into the season.
But, one place where Cornwell has not been featured so far this year is on the field, which begs the question: Why?
Cornwell, the former four-star All-American in high school who committed to the powerful Crimson Tide as a prep, was the Wolf Pack’s starting quarterback entering fall camp just six weeks ago.
