As the Wolf Pack was pulling away from Idaho in its season opener Friday night at Lawlor Events Center, Caleb Martin caught Lindsey Drew’s attention prior to a free throw attempt and offered a smile.
“I looked at him and said, ‘I love playing with y’all,’” Martin said. “He looked at me and said, ‘We’re just getting started.’”
The Martin twins – Caleb and Cody, from North Carolina State – both set career highs in points scored in Nevada’s 88-64 victory over Idaho before 8,457 happy Wolf Pack fans.
