Hill runs wild against Nevada

It wasn’t quite the same stage as Michael Jordan’s “flu game,” but that’s what the Wyoming football team compared it to.

After throwing up earlier Saturday, Brian Hill rushed for 289 yards and three touchdowns in the Cowboys 42-34 win over Nevada on Saturday night at Mackay Stadium.

Hill, Wyoming’s junior running back, came down with the stomach flu before the game and was throwing up not only before the game but during it.

Hill said he tried to rehydrate as much as possible.

“I felt a little cramping during the fourth quarter, but it passed quickly, thankfully, and we were able to finish the game,” Hill said.
