FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Grades from Nevada’s 44-42 loss to Colorado State on Saturday.
Offense
A- — This was an awesome performance from the offense, which tallied 564 yards one game after piling up 566. Ty Gangi completed 23-of-40 passes for 428 yards and Nevada threw for 508 and five scores when you add trick-play passes from Kelton Moore and Cristian Solano. Nevada wasn’t able to run the ball – 56 yards on 31 carries – which was an issue, but it ripped off big plays against a defense that had been stingy in MW play.
