Four-star recruit Kenny Wooten hasn’t closed the door on playing for the Nevada Wolf Pack.
But he also hasn’t committed to attending the school he signed a letter of intent with last November.
Wooten’s status has been uncertain since he left Manteca High School last month, a school he led to a state title this season, and enrolled at Trinity International in Las Vegas. The Modesto Bee reported Tuesday that Wooten was reclassifying to the 2017 recruiting class and looking to reopen his recruitment, but Trinity head basketball coach and athletic director Greg Lockridge said that decision hasn’t been made.
