The Wolf Pack’s mission is clear.
It must win its final three games of the season or fall short of playing in a bowl game for just the second time since 2005.
In order to reach the postseason, the Wolf Pack (3-6, 1-4 Mountain West) will have to overcome some historically long odds this week when it faces San Diego State (8-1, 5-0), which has already won the MW’s West Division and has beaten conference foes by a margin of 180-26 while allowing just three touchdowns (one of those was scored by UNLV’s defense on a fumble returned for a touchdown).
