While Nevada is moving forward with the construction of Jensen Plaza, the grand entrance into Mackay Stadium’s north end, fans who bought bricks to help fund the project aren’t getting all they initially bargained for.
To help cut costs and start construction, the project won’t include engraved bricks for each donor who bought a tile that was originally included in the facility's master plan. Instead, the donors’ names will be placed on a display wall.
