Win against Purdue costly on injury front for Huskers

Nebraska earned a hard-fought, last-second win against Purdue on Saturday night in West Lafayette, Indiana, but it didn't come without a cost.

Sophomore center Michael Decker (leg) is likely out for the season, head coach Mike Riley said Monday, and right guard Tanner Farmer will miss "extended time" with a high anle sprain.

That means the Huskers will use junior Cole Conrad at center -- he started the season as NU's starter and replaced Decker on Saturday -- and redshirt freshman Matt Farniok at right guard.

Decker was hurt on the Huskers' first drive of the night.
