Last week, my wife and I got the shock of our lives. We knew we were expecting a baby, but when the ultrasound begin, we were surprised to find out “baby” was incorrect. As the wand touched my wife’s stomach, there were not one, but two embryos chilling side by side.
Twins do not run in my family whatsoever to my knowledge, so I’m sort of proud of myself for the efficiency, but slightly spooked considering we only planned on having one more. Many individuals who know me have taken the time to laugh at me, particularly those who are parents themselves.
