He wore a proud grin that night. I remember it well. He recognized the enormity of the honor.
It's time for Crouch to become part of another important historical fraternity.
The National Football Foundation on Wednesday released the names of 75 former players and six retired coaches from the Football Bowl Subdivision who appear on the ballot for the Hall's class of 2017.
This marks the sixth straight year Crouch has been on the ballot.
