"Let's count them all down," Kalu said Friday night from Dallas, where he's training in advance of the NFL Draft. "I was recruited by Coach (Terry) Joseph. I was there my first semester with Charlton Warren. Then I had Coach Stew (Brian Stewart). Then I had Coach (Bob) Elliott. Then I had Donté (Williams). Then I had Coach (Scott) Booker."
His experience in the program reflects its change of head coaches during that period as well as his switch in 2017 from cornerback to safety.
To Kalu's credit, he puts a positive spin on it. That's his manner.
