Nebraska throws coach Justin St. Clair was named the USTFCCCA Midwest Region Women's Assistant Coach of the Year on Thursday.
St. Clair has been voted the USTFCCCA Midwest Region Assistant Coach of the Year nine times since 2016.
This outdoor season, he coached two Husker women - Maddie Harris and Axelina Johansson - to NCAA medals. Harris was second in the javelin and Johansson was third in the shot put. The Huskers had three female throwers in total earn outdoor All-America honors, as Mirta Kulisic finished 14th in the javelin.
