Nebraska inside linebackers coach Barrett Ruud's recruiting prowess showed up in a big way in this round of signees.

Keep in mind, he just completed his first season as a full-time college coach, having served as a quality control administrator at Central Florida in 2016-17.

He's responsible for in-state recruiting, and Nebraska went five-for-five in landing in-state players to whom it offered scholarships.
