SIOUX CITY, Iowa -- Twelve Nebraska wrestlers competed at the Sioux City Dave Edmonds Open on Saturday and two Huskers took home individual titles.
Jevon Parrish (141 - Unattached) and Bubba Wilson (157 - Unattached) each went undefeated with two victories by major decision to record first-place finishes in their respective weight classes.
Three Huskers--Zak Hensley (133), Caleb Licking (149) and Kevon Davenport (149)--had second-place finishes. Johnny Blankenship (165) and Colton Wolfe (184) placed third while Wyoming transfer Cale Davidson (285 - Unattached) finished in fourth place.
