Former Nebraska football wide receiver Trey Palmer wasn't without a job for long. Now he gets the chance to stand out with a new team and jump-start his NFL career.
Palmer was released by the Tampa Bay Bucs on Tuesday. Palmer didn't have a fantastic year in 2024, but in his two seasons with the NFL team, he did show that he was a weapon the team could turn to when needed. However, as Tampa had to cut its roster down to 53 by the deadline, he became a casualty of the numbers game.
