Rapid Reaction: Observations from open portion of Nebraska preseason camp

Related Topics: Observation

Nebraska opened up about 25 minutes of practice to local media on Wednesday morning, the first public look at the Cornhuskers since they began preseason preparations late last week.

As expected, outside linebackers Sedrick King and Quayshon Alexander are the only two returning scholarship players that are not on the camp roster.

Head coach Scott Frost said last week that input from the strength and conditioning staff went a long way toward determining the camp roster, but it's also possible that one or either has an injury, too, that would cause them to miss camp. That will be a question for Frost when he meets with reporters Friday.
