Pregame observations from blustery Memorial Stadium

It's a beautiful afternoon -- albeit a windy one -- at Memorial Stadium as we approach one hour before kickoff between Nebraska (0-6, 0-4) and Minnesota (3-3, 0-3).

A couple of pregame observations from early warmpus and then we'll add some more before kickoff:

- Senior safety Antonio Reed was out for early warmups running and cutting, seemingly without issue. Reed grabbed his hamstring early in the fourth quarter last week against Northwestern and didn't return down the stretch. Defensive coordinator Erik Chinander mentioned the injury this week but didn't provide a status update. Reed had an interception against the Wildcats and played perhaps the best game of his career, so it would be good news for the Huskers if he's available this afternoon.
