This week the Cornhuskers are set to travel to West Lafayette to take on the Purdue Boilermakers.
Nebraska is coming off of a loss at home to Indiana last week. In the game the Huskers were led by true freshmen Wan’Dale Robinson and Luke McCaffery. Third string quarterback McCaffery ran for 76 yards while passing for 71. Robinson rushed for 83 yards and had 71 yards receiving.
The Husker offense rushed and passed for over 200 yards each. This was a welcome return to the Husker offense. The defense however did not play as they have earlier in the year.
