Since the first odds for the Nebraska football team against the Akron Zips popped, Las Vegas has been plenty convinced that the Huskers were going to not only win, but win big. In fact, NU has been a five-touchdown favorite since last Sunday, when the odds really became a thing.
The Huskers didn't have the kind of game they hoped to have in their season opener. Favored by a touchdown, they only managed to beat the Bearcats by a field goal. And that win was sealed by a last-second interception in the end zone.
