Nebraska football tight end Luke Lindenmeyer knew where he wanted to pop the question. He wanted to do it where he first saw his now fiancée, Huskers Scarlet dancer Kailyn Storovich, on the field at Memorial Stadium. He knew he wanted to do it so much that he cleared it with head coach Matt Rhule months ago. But he probably didn't plan for the night to be as perfect as it was.
During the 68-0 win over Akron, Lindenmeyer cemented himself as the starter at tight end, catching 3 passes for 44 yards. He also got his first career touchdown.
