Noa Pola-Gates, 6-2 180lb four star defensive back from Gilbert, AZ committed to the Nebraska Cornhuskers! Pola-Gates, who hails from the same town as fellow Nebraska commit Ty Robinson, was a highly sought after prospect from the likes of Alabama, Arizona State, Penn State and USC. Noa was initially a heavy Alabama lean, but the Tide filled their spots and didn’t have one left for him. Then the major battle was between staying home near family at Arizona State, or going to Nebraska. The Huskers had an additional draw in that his cousin Keana Pola came to Lincoln to play softball, and was the only place Noa had the opportunity to play with his cousin Matthew Pola-Mao.
