Just hours after the portal opened, quite a few experts expect Kenny Minchey to come to the Big Ten.
Minchey, ranked as the No. 9 quarterback in the portal by On3, is a bit of a mystery as a starting quarterback. Despite three seasons with Notre Dame, he has just 29 career pass attempts.
