After watching last year’s Nebraska football team, it was no secret that the program had to do some work in the offseason if they wanted to compete with the rest of the Big Ten Conference.
In judging by how they’ve recruited to this point, it is evident that they have put the effort into addressing weaknesses. One of the biggest problems from last year was that they didn’t have any playmaking wide receivers. Perhaps the biggest problem that they had last year was their lack of pass rushers.
Between those two things, opposing teams were able to game plan for Nebraska rather easily.
