Nebraska Football may be getting some new talent very soon. Former Colorado State linebacker Zach Schlager is said to be headed to Lincoln this week.
According to a report from The Coloradoan, Schlager made this choice on Saturday. After participating in Colorado’s State’s scrimmage, he put his name in the transfer portal.
Not much is known about him in terms of play. He signed with Colorado State in the 2018 season. He appeared in four games last season and elected to use the new NCAA rule that allowed him to redshirt with only four games under his belt.
