The walk-on tradition continues for Nebraska Football as Grant Tagge announced his decision to play for the program on Wednesday.
The outside linebacker becomes the eighth walk-on for the 2020 class and the sixth overall walk-on to join the program. In what is becoming a fruitful source of talent for Nebraska Football, this just exemplifies how much the walk-on’s mean to the program.
Tagge made the announcement on Twitter earlier in the day, and Nebraska had some competition for his services. He also had offers from Northern Illinois and South Dakota State. Although those two programs are not exactly power houses, they are certainly talented football schools.
