Wednesday brought some good news for the Nebraska Football program. 2020 three-star running back Sevion Morrison committed to the program. Morrison made the announcement via Twitter earlier in the day.
Morrison is ranked the 45th overall running back in his class, and is the sixth overall player in the state of OklaFhoma per the 247Sports Composite Rankings. In addition to Nebraska, Morrison also received offers from Arkansas, Baylor, Colorado State, and Georgia Tech.
In the 2018 season, he ran hard for Edison. He carried the ball for 2,761 yards and 38 touchdowns. As noted by his 247Sports profile, he earned first-team all-state honors from The Oklahoman as a junior.
