As the high school playoffs are around the corner, the action continues to heat up. Nebraska commitment and dual-threat quarterback ( and Nebraska football commitment) Logan Smothers continues to play well for the Muscle Shoals Trojans. They beat their opponent on Friday night by a 36-12 margin.
Smothers was a huge reason why the Trojans were successful. He went 17 of-20 through the air, throwing for 199 yards and two touchdowns. As he has done all season, he proved effective rushing the football. He rushed the ball 10 times for 83 yards and a touchdown, showing off his running prowess.
