Several former members of the Nebraska football program have been putting up impressive numbers at the combine. Take Khalil Davis for example.
The defensive lineman made a great impression as NFL scouts determine if he would be right for their team. Measuring in at six-foot-one, 30 pounds, Davis ran the 40-yard dash in 4.75 seconds. That was the top time recorded by a defensive lineman at the combine. According to the NFL Network, Davis’ time was the third fastest for any combine participant weighing 300 pounds or more since 2003.
His great combine numbers did not stop there.
