As Nebraska football continues to work on the 2022 class, they have a quarterback on their radar. Nebraska football offered dual-threat quarterback Conner Harrell on Tuesday.
Harrell is not rated in the 247Sports Composite Rankings, but his offer list is growing. Currently, he has offers from Appalachian State, Duke, Liberty, Louisville, and Nebraska.
