In case you haven’t heard by now, Nebraska Football picked up a major commitment on Thursday afternoon. 2020 four-star cornerback Henry Gray committed to the program.
Gray is the 12th overall cornerback and the 32nd overall player from the state of Florida in his class per the 247Sports Composite rankings. He had a laundry list of offers. Most notably, Alabama, Florida, Ohio State, and Penn State all extended offers his way. It’s pretty impressive that Nebraska beat out these schools as the Huskers are certainly not thought of highly on a national level.
Gray visited Nebraska Football on September 14 and from looking at his recruiting history, it is safe to say that Nebraska was an underdog in this recruitment.
